My Delivery Has Not Arrived Yet What Do I Do?
Most couriers have a tracking system in which, once purchased, will show their exact whereabouts. If in any case it is delayed the customer will be informed.
My Delivery is Damaged Upon Arrival
We will be checking with the courier if your parcel was damaged during the delivery and will need immediate proof of your product via pictures. An investigation will be in process for your purchase and a new product will be sent to you once the investigation has commenced to a decision.
What Happens If I Never Receive My Order?
If in an unlikely case your order does not arrive, Amazing hands Nepal will send another product to ensure you have received it and are satisfied with your product and after which an investigation will be made at the courier for the missing purchase.
I Am Not Satisfied With The Product You Sent. Can I Send You Back And Get My Refund?
No worries! We do the refund if you are not satisfied with the item we sent within 21 days (MAX, depending on the volume of order) of receipt of the item and are returned to us in the original packaging, unused and resalable condition. We will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.
