1. Returns

You are eligible for a return within 30 days from the date of purchase if the product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

1.2 Return Due to Change of Mind

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind about a purchase. We accept returns due to a change of mind if a return request is submitted within 30 days of receiving the item. The item must be returned to us in its original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition.

Please note that return shipping costs will be covered by the customer, and they are responsible for arranging the return shipping. Once we receive and accept the returned item, we will process a refund in the form of store credit for a future purchase. You will be notified of this via email. However, we will not refund any shipping costs paid.

1.3 Warranty Returns

We stand by the quality of our products, and we offer warranty coverage (ONLY IF THE ITEM HAS SPECIFIED WARRANTY DETAILS). To make a warranty claim, you must submit the claim within 90 days of receiving the items. Customers are required to pre-pay the return shipping for warranty claims, but we will reimburse you once the warranty claim is successful.
