Shipping Policy.

Thank you for choosing Amazing Hands Nepal for your Nepalese and Tibetan handicraft needs. We are dedicated to delivering quality products to our valued customers worldwide. To ensure a seamless shipping experience, we offer various shipping services tailored to your preferences and requirements.

1. Shipping Methods:

A. ARAMEX Shipping (Up to 200KG): Customers can calculate the shipping cost for orders up to 200 kilograms directly on our website. If you require a shipping method other than ARAMEX i.e. DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx OR for orders exceeding this weight limit, please send us an inquiry at amazinghandsnepal@gmail.com.

B. Air Cargo Shipping (Recommended for 100kg or More): Air cargo is recommended for orders weighing 100 kilograms or more. The consignment will reach the destination customs within 3 to 5 days. Please note that air cargo deliveries are made only to specified airports, and customers or their handling agents must arrange for destination custom handling and local transport.

C. Sea Cargo Shipping (Ideal for 1 Ton+ Orders): Sea cargo shipping is the most economical option, although it requires a longer delivery time ranging from 45 to 90 days depending on the destination country. Shipping costs for sea cargo can be less than $2 per kilo for orders exceeding 1 ton. Customers are responsible for collecting the orders from the nearest seaport and appointing handling agents.

2. Shipping Cost:

Cost of the shipping is calculated during checkout based on the weight, dimensions and destination country. Shipping payment will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for the shipping cost to the customer.

3. Delivery Terms:

A. Dispatch Time: Orders are usually dispatched within 2 to 7 business days of payment of the order. Our warehouse operates from Sunday to Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.

B. Stock Availability: We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time to time, there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to dispatch your order within the dispatch time as mentioned above. In this instance, we will contact you about whether you would prefer to wait until we restock the ordered item or if you would prefer us to process a refund. Also, if you would prefer us to add something else in exchange for what you have ordered.

C. Transit Time: Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 4 to 22 days. This varies greatly depending on the courier you have selected.

D. Delivery Time Exceeded: We conduct an investigation and you will be informed if the parcel is delayed in transit or the delivery has exceeded the forecasted time.

E. Change Of Delivery Address: For a change of delivery address requests, we can change the address at any time Before the order has been dispatched. Once it gets dispatched, you can still change your delivery address if it’s necessary but a certain charge will be implied.

F. P.O. Box Shipping: We ship to P.O. box addresses using the government postal services only.

G. Military address Shipping: We are unable to ship to military addresses.

H. Tracking Notifications: Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.

I. Cancellations: If you change your mind before you have received your order, we can accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our Refund Policy.

J. Insurance: Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.

K. Process for Parcel Damaged In Transit: We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation into the claim.

L: Process For Parcel Lost In Transit: We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost.

4. Duties & Taxes:

A. Sales Tax: Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website.

B. Import Duties & Taxes: Customers are required to pay any import customs duties according to their local government policies. (Many countries offer low customs duty charges for Nepalese handicrafts to support Nepalese crafters and small businesses.) This varies by country, and undefined encourage you to be aware of these potential costs before placing an order with us.

If you refuse to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to undefined at the customer’s expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.
