This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms:
Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
We offer widest range of shipping and delivery options. Of course, the charges will be by their delivery service and the destination country. You’ll be able to calculate the shipping charge to your destination country during the checkout.
Our website will show you the charge Shipped Through ARAMEX but if you wish to use any other shipping services rather than ARAMEX, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will get the charges from other available services for you.
Available Shipping Services are:
- Courier: Door to Door
• ARAMEX (10-15 days)
• DHL (4-7 days)
• UPS (6-10 days)
• FedEx (5-10 days)
• TNT (5-10 days)
- Air Cargo: Airport to Airport (10-15 days)
- Sea Cargo: Port to Port (3-4 months)
All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
For EU and UK consumers: this does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our Terms.
Once your order is packaged, we will send an email with the tracking details.

We offer worldwide shipping.

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes. The picture above is an example of what our client paid for customs and duties while receiving her shipment from us to Canada.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
