Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

We offer widest range of shipping and delivery options. Of course, the charges will be by their delivery service and the destination country. You’ll be able to calculate the shipping charge to your destination country during the checkout.
Our website will show you the charge Shipped Through ARAMEX but if you wish to use any other shipping services rather than ARAMEX, please send an email to amazinghandsnepal@gmail.com. We will get the charges from other available services for you.

Available Shipping Services are:

1. Courier: Door to Door
   • ARAMEX (10-15 days)
   • DHL (4-7 days)
   • UPS (6-10 days)
   • FedEx (5-10 days)
   • TNT (5-10 days)
2. Air Cargo: Airport to Airport (10-15 days)
3. Sea Cargo: Port to Port (3-4 months)

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

For EU and UK consumers: this does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our Terms.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
