The information below on this page will help you understand how you can place an order with us and help the artisans in Nepal. Every single purchase made by you will be a BIG MOTIVATION to the older artisans and will also be an INSPIRATION to the new generation in Nepal admiring the craft-making handcrafting businesses.

Small OR Retails Orders:

Small or retail orders can be made easily through our website. A simple E-Commerce order-placing process can be followed to place small orders.

You can add the products you like to a cart and continue to the checkout page.

After entering your personal information, i.e., your name and address, on the checkout page, you will see the payment options, i.e., “PayPal” or “Direct Bank Transfer,” which you can select as per your convenience to place the order.

There is also a Credit Card Payment Option. When you select “Direct Bank Transfer” while placing the order, you can send the order to us without making a payment. Once we receive the order from you, we can send you the secured credit card payment link to your email according to the final amount calculated during the checkout when you placed the order. You can use the link to make the payment. Don’t worry! It is 100% safe and generated by the A-Level Bank (Himalayan Bank Limited).

The order will be processed right after the payment gets deposited into our account. In the case of PayPal, the order will be processed right away!

Large OR Wholesale Orders:

The prices on the website are retail prices. If you want to be our wholesale buyer, then we suggest you send us an email first. Once we get your email, we will add your email to our Wholesale Buyer’s list, and access to the wholesale account will be given to you.

Once you get access, you will be able to see the wholesale pricing of the products we have listed on our website. For these products, you can add as many pieces as you want to your cart and can place the order by choosing the payment option “Direct Bank Transfer.”

Again, when you chose that option while placing the order, you wouldn’t have to pay for the order, and we would be able to evaluate the shipment. Then we would select the best and most reliable shipping service, i.e., FedEx, DHL, DPD, etc., whoever gives the best rate for the shipment. Then, the final invoice will be forwarded to you, including the best and most reliable shipping charge.

After receiving the invoice, you can pay either through PayPal, Direct Bank Transfer, or a credit Card Payment Link at your convenience.

Again, the order will be processed once the payment gets deposited into our account.
