Rope Incense Vajra Meditation

Rope Incense Vajra Meditation is a traditional handmade Newari incense. They call it “Dhupaya” which means incense. It contains different precious aromatic Himalayan herbs. The shape of this rope incense comes by wrapping the powdered herbs into a thin strip of Lokta paper and twined to form a rope.

Similarly, People believe in Nepal that the smoke issuing out of the burnt Rope Incense Vajra Meditation attracts Gods. That is why it has been put to an extensive use specially in religious fields by both Hindus and Buddhists. Also, the spiritual aspirants burns the incense while meditation in order to hold the mind to focus on the object of attention. It is non toxic and non addictive. Light a rope from the thicker end and lay down on the incense burner that comes with this rope incense to feel the Aroma.

Each of the ropes of this incense burns for 25 to 30 minutes. It measures approximately, 9cmx5cm.
