Sal Dhoop Rope Incense

Description

This is special kind of incense, prepared by hand roll for worship of god, in Hindu and Buddhist religion of Nepal. It is also believe that the Sal Dhoop (Sal Incense) is used for the healing of mental tension and is non toxic and non addictive. The ingredients that are used to produce this traditional rope incense are Sal Dhoop (resin of Sal tree), agar, dhupi etc and the mixture has been filed into the Lokta paper to make this incense.

Similarly, each of the ropes of this incense burns for 25 to 30 minutes and gives soothing smell. It measures approximately, 11 cm x 4 cm and contains 40 ropes in a bundle. Again, the ritual offering smoke coming from this incense powder rolled in this incense rope is naturally safe for inhalation and it is environment friendly.
